Internal Roads, Carparks and Footpaths

Internal roads, carparks and footpaths are civil structures critical to community infrastructure and development. Internal roads primarily serve to connect two places, but also foster connectivity within a community, improve access to essential services, and contribute to industrialisation and economic growth. Carparks are crucial in improving traffic flow and providing a convenient, secure space for storing transport, mostly within urban areas. This is whilst footpaths offer safety to pedestrians by isolating them from roads and vehicles.

Efficient mobility, drainage and pavement design are essential to these structures. JHK strives to monitor the local conditions and circumstances to provide a unique approach to the design of internal Roads, Carparks and Footpaths.

​JHK have participated in projects covering aspects of Project management, inspection and certification, Structural and foundation design of Residential buildings, Geometrical Design of carparks, internal roads and footpaths, Detailed Pavement design, Detailed Drainage design, Erosion and Sediment Control Plans. ​In addition to Engineering Design Consultancy services, we also offer an extensive service in planning such as preparation of documentation for Permission to Lodge, Development Applications and Review of Environmental Factors, Contract Administration, Site Investigation and Design Reports and certification.
