JHK offer our prospective Clients with structural engineering consultancy services, through structural designs for residential and commercial buildings, as well as comprehensive assessments and reporting on existing structures, such as condition assessments and design of commercial structures. With our skilled engineers and the use of advanced tools and software like finite element modelling and our in-house software, we aim to provide economical design solutions tailored to the Client’s requirements.
At JHK, we have successfully delivered projects which include services such as inspection and certification, structural modelling and assessment, along with structural and foundation design of Large Commercial Boat Sheds, Commercial Buildings on Floating Facilities, Residential Buildings, Churches and Factories. We also have experience in fatigue assessment of structural components (such as chimneys), preparation of condition assessments inclusive of a suitable risk matrix for each item assessed, accompanied by proposed remedial actions for suggested repairs. Beyond engineering consultancy, we also offer extensive services in planning such as preparation of documentation for statutory approvals such as Development Applications (DA), Contract Administration, Site Investigation, Detailed Design, Detailed Shop Drawings, Design Reports and Structural Certification. |
