Our services include condition assessments and the design of commercial structures, supported by our skilled engineers and the use of advanced tools and software, including finite element modelling and proprietary in‑house programs. Our focus is on delivering economical, efficient design solutions that meet each client’s specific requirements.
We have successfully delivered projects involving inspection and certification, structural modelling and assessment, and the structural and foundation design of large commercial boat sheds, commercial buildings on floating facilities, residential developments, churches and factories. Our experience also extends to fatigue assessments of structural components (such as chimneys), and the preparation of condition assessment reports that incorporate risk matrices for each item evaluated, together with recommended remedial actions and repair strategies. Beyond engineering consultancy, we provide a broad range of planning and project support services. These include the preparation of documentation for statutory approvals such as Development Applications (DA), contract administration, site investigation, detailed design, detailed shop drawings, design reports and structural certification. |
