Recreational Marinas

Marina development is significant to the recreational boating industry; promoting tourism, producing employment opportunities, securing real estate values and generating tax, whilst enhancing quality of life through providing public enjoyment and education. 

JHK have participated in projects covering aspects of Project management, inspection and certification, conceptual design, investigation and reporting, Contract Administration & Supervision, Concept and detailed design of access ramps and floating pontoon marina facilities (from small to 300 - berth marinas), Concept and detailed design of wave attenuators ​​ ​In addition to Engineering Design Consultancy services, we also offer an extensive service in planning such as preparation of documentation for Permission to Lodge, Development Applications and Review of Environmental Factors, Contract Administration, Site Investigation and Design Reports and certification.

1. Preparation of Marina layout to suit Client's Vessel allocations, fairway and berth widths as stipulated on AS 3962 and to prevent dredging.
